Miscarriage / Medical Termination of Pregnancy

In the unfortunate event of a miscarriage or medical termination of pregnancy, the employee is eligible for up to 6 weeks of leave with basic monthly salary. This leave is over and above all other leave entitlements.

To avail this leave, a doctor’s certificate confirming the miscarriage or medical termination of pregnancy and the recommended period of rest is required. The medical details shared will be treated as strictly confidential and only used for leave processing.
