During the probational period a new employee gets an opportunity for adjusting himself in a new organisation. He gets the chance to sync with the oraganisational work culture, organisational value, work processes and learn new skills. Being a trainee or probationary employee of this company, you are entitled to take one day paid leave per calendar month during your probation period.
Rules:
- This is not a cumulative leave e.g., if you haven’t taken any leave during a month then the leave will be expired when the calendar month ends.
- This leave is not for encashment.
- If you want to take a leave you should inform to your reporting personnel in the current project 1 day prior to that leave atleast.
