You get 10 yearly holidays – weekdays when you do not have to come to the office (not to be confused with leaves).
This most-awaited-holiday-calendar-of-the-year will be put up on the HR portal by December every year so that you have ample time to plan your vacations in the following year.
There’s more. 6 Holiday Days out of the 11 will be decided by the office, and will be fixed date holidays (the office will be (virtually) closed on these days). You can avail four additional optional holidays (You can take Optional Holidays on any days except on 2 consecutive working days).
So that’s (6 fixed + 4 optional) a total of 10!
