Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct sets forth our core values, shared responsibilities. It provides general guidance about the Company’s expectations, highlights situations that may require particular attention, and references additional resources and channels of communication available to us. It is also the first step for you to get clarity on any questions relating to ethical conduct.

Our Code, however, cannot possibly address every situation we face at work. Therefore, the Code is by no means a substitute for our good judgment, upon which we depend. We must remember that each of us is responsible for our own

actions and that the ethical choice is always the best choice. Please go through the entire Code and refer to it whenever you have a question on ethical conduct.

Business Ethics

  • Equal Opportunity: We are an equal opportunity employer and employment decisions are based on merit and business needs. We are committed to following fair employment practices that provide equal opportunities to all employees. We do not discriminate or allow harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, disability, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, military status, or any other legally protected status.
  • No Discrimination: We value diversity and believe that a diverse workplace builds a competitive advantage. We ensure that decisions affecting employees, such as hiring, promotion, termination, transfer, leave of absence or compensation, are based on business factors only.
  • No Harassment: We do not tolerate verbal or physical mistreatment of others or engagement in offensive behavior. This includes harassing, bullying, abusive or intimidating treatment, inappropriate language or gestures, disorderly conduct, violence towards co-workers or outside vendors and customers. Please refer to our Anti-Harassment Policy for details.
  • Anti-corruption: We do not encourage the exchange of gifts, favors, or entertainment if it obligates, or appears to obligate, the recipient, or if it might be perceived as an attempt to influence fair judgment.

Dealing with Clients and Vendors

Businesses survive based on the trust and value customers attach to it. At WisdmLabs, the basis of trust is about  maintaining a transparent, honest and open relationship with our clients and vendors. And observing ethical behavior at all times.

This includes (but is not limited to) providing true information and impressions to clients on every occasion. Making no attempt to engage in trickery, play with words or display false expertise in order to influence clients or vendors. Treating clients and vendors with respect and care irrespective of their status or location.

Protecting Company Assets

All Company property – including desks, storage areas, work areas, lockers, file cabinets, computer systems, office telephones, cellular telephones, copying machines – must be used properly and maintained in good working order.

Employees who lose, steal, or misuse company property may be personally liable for replacing or repairing the item.

WisdmLabs reserves the right, at all times and without prior notice, to inspect and search all property for the purpose of determining whether this policy or any other policy has been violated, or when an inspection and investigation is necessary for purposes of promoting safety in the workplace or compliance with laws.

Unauthorized copying or use of computer software exposes both WisdmLabs and you to substantial fines and/or legal action. Therefore, employees may not load personal software onto the WisdmLabs’ computer systems, and may not copy software from WisdmLabs for personal use.

Process Compliance

Our processes and policies have been developed to ensure quality, fairness, and safety for all employees. We expect all employees to adhere to these policies and follow processes created for their specific team or department.

Every process needs to be documented by the department and updated on a regular basis.
