If you have joined us while you are in the final semester of your course, you can take paid leave to attend your compulsory college/university examinations. In simple terms you will get paid days off for your official semester-end exams.
Who is eligible?
- Employees who have been recruited in the final semester of their academic year.
- This benefit is available only during the first 6 months of your tenure with the company.
What is covered?
- Only compulsory exams that are part of your current course of study.
- Only the days on which the exams are actually held (including written, practical, or viva exams, if applicable).
What is not covered?
- Exam preparation or study leave.
- Any other exams (for example: certification courses, competitive exams, or additional degrees).
For these, you would need to apply for earned leave as per the regular leave policy.
How to Apply for Exam Leave
To apply for exam leave, please:
- Email HR at [email protected] as soon as you receive your exam timetable from your college/university.
- Mention your exam dates, name of your course and college/university
- Attach your exam timetable (official document/screenshot/PDF) for reference.
- It’s recommended to CC your reporting manager, so your team can plan work accordingly.
