Since all of us are working remotely, we want to make sure we adequately support your “Work-from-anywhere” needs. As a part of this, you’re free to use a machine provided by the company.
But given that most of us like the flexibility of using our own machines, and those of us doing so will receive a “device allowance” of INR 1000/- per month and an internet allowance of INR 500/- per month. Team members who are currently using the company’s machine but wish to avail the benefits of this allowance are requested to return their company-issued laptops/desktops.
Please note:-
- If you’re using an office computer, you will only receive an internet allowance.
- If you’re a part of the HR team, you are eligible for a ₹200/- allowance for phone use.
- These allowances are over and above your CTC
