Training Modules

At present, there are two types of trainings being conducted for all employees –

  • Onboarding Training
  • Productivity Training

Onboarding training

This is the typical training that an employee undergoes, when he/she joins the company. It includes the primary training modules that the employee has to mandatorily undergo, as part of his/her onboarding program.

For the onboarding program, every department has two learning paths

  1. Learning Path for freshers
  2. Learning Path for experienced employees

To start this onboarding training, you need to go to the training portal and follow the following directions:

  • Create an account on the Training portal (The default portal for WisdmLabs’ email ID is whitelisted there.)
  • Once you register, you will be asked to fill up details like your name, years of experience, along with the Department in which you are appointed.
  • As soon as you submit all the details, you will be able to access the courses, added under your department.
  • You can access courses added for you and your department from the My Profile tab.
  • If you are interested to learn more, other than your departmental courses, find out the courses available from the Courses tab.

Productivity Training

Every employee has a designated job profile and performs specific tasks as a part of his/her job. To improve the functional productivity of our employees in their individual capacities, we conduct regular training sessions on the training portal.

Profile Upgradation Training

The job profiles at WisdmLabs are not set in stone. In a dynamic and rapidly evolving world, we encourage our employees to try different hats at work, if they have the proclivity and the aptitude for those.

We want our employees to further their technical knowledge, in addition to acquiring hands-on experience. This leads to the holistic development of the individual on a personal and professional level, which helps them excel in their studies, as well as their chosen career paths.

To this end, we have designed and conducted several sessions addressing the overall growth and development of our employees. Some of these include –

Performance Improvement Plan

Sometimes, if an employee is underperforming he/she may be put into a Performance Improvement Plan – a two-month window where the employee receives intensive training related to their work profile and is evaluated for performance. In such a scenario, the Training Team designs a unique learning path in consultation with the Manager of the employee.

Documentation of Best Practices

The Training Team also coordinates efforts at the departmental level to consolidate the best practices of each department. Based on their research, experience, and analysis, the teams keep updating the documentation of best practices, for all team members’ future reference.

The current set of best practices is documented in the respective team documents section on Basecamp.
