Referrals are a way to recommend your friends, family, or acquaintances to come work at Wisdm 🙂
Referrals give you an opportunity to earn an employee referral BONUS.
Here are the details:
- If a person you’ve referred is hired on a full-time basis, a referral bonus will be credited to your account, once the person gets confirmed (and is no longer on probation).
- This amount could be anywhere from ₹15,000/- to ₹50,000/- depending on the position and urgency of the post. The referral bonus amount will be mentioned next to the open position listed.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make. All rewards will be paid accordingly
- If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards
- Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate is hired for another position. And, the bonus will be the amount promised for that position.
- Employee referral bonuses will be credited to your account at the time of payment of your salary (Please note: the amount is taxable)
- You won’t be eligible for a bonus for referring candidates who’ve been interviewed by us within the last six months or those who’ve worked with us previously.
- This referral policy is also applicable to candidates who interview with Wisdm. They can refer their family or friends and earn the bonus.
This goes without saying, but it’s better to have this in print. The Employee Referral Policy comes with an Indemnity Clause, in case the person you referred goes rogue:
“In case a referred employee indulges into an unlawful act or unethical conduct, WisdmLabs will not initiate any action against the referring employee.”
