Miscarriage / Medical Termination of Pregnancy

In the unfortunate case of a miscarriage or medical termination of pregnancy, the employee is entitled to take 6 weeks leave (with basic monthly salary) which is over and above any other leave entitlements. A doctor’s certificate is mandatory to avail this leave.
