Maternity Leave benefits are available to all female employees who are expectant mothers requiring time off for pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare; and have been working with us for more than 80 days after confirmation. In compliance with the Maternity Benefit Act, you get 26 weeks that is 182 days leave.
Employees availing of this benefit will receive their gross monthly salary during the leave. There will be no deduction of PF and PT.
